New shotgun
Well to me it is anyway, I just got a New Haven 295 bolt action 12ga for covering a guys shift on New Years Eve. I cross referenced the number and it's a Mossberg 195d. The stock looks good, it needs a mag and the red "fire" dot under the safety selector. Is there any kind of information you guys can give me about this piece of equipment? How do I remove the bolt? I don't see any kind of release for it. It has a full choke but I was wondering if there are others available besides an improved cylinder? When I was looking on the web I found a couple of places that carried mags and chokes, but they only showed the full and improved cylinder and I was hoping to find a rifled. Any info would be great (like production dates, how hard is it to mount a scope, and/or problems, etc.) would be greatly appreciated
