Default Found an OC friendly pizza shop

Sweet!! I found an OC friendly pizza shop. It's a small mom and pop shop. I had lunch there today while OC, and have done so two or three times before today. Each visit the staff was very friendly, usually small comments like "nice looking piece you're carrying". Today I was asked what I was carrying. I think the guy that asked me was the owner. He and I had a quick chat about guns. I had a chat with the other worker about a few other things. Both guys are very polite, professional, and friendly. Great service. They have the usual pizza shop stuff- Pizza, cheese steaks, hoagies, burgers, wings, etc.

After eating I went up to pay for lunch, thanked him, and handed him a flyer. He never questioned the legality of OC but I figured it couldn't hurt to hand him one anyway.

The name of the shop is "Serendipity Cafe and Pizzeria". 1233 Main St, Linfield, PA 19468. (Montgomery County, SE PA) Their website- http://www.mybythezip.com/companies/1000011312.htm

It's kind of off the beaten path, but if you're ever in the area I suggest you stop in and grab a bite to eat. It's always a good thing to support an OC friendly establishment.

That's good to know. I don't get down there much but people should go there. It sounds more like "extra OC friendly."

Me and xx_thebeast_xx found an OC friendly pizza shop today as well. Then again, every pizza shop I have been to was OC friendly.

What are you carrying that gets so much attention? My bet is a 1911 or a revolver...

It's probably just more "extra friendly" than "extra OC friendly". He used to hunt, but beyond that I didn't get that "gun enthusiast" vibe. Either way, he seemed very comfortable around me.

I have noticed that when I open carry my M&Pc in a Galco I rarely even draw an off glance but when I OC one of my three Dan Wesson 1911's in my Tucker Gun Leather people seem to just nod and smile. So now the DWs have become my Sunday go to meeting OC guns. (read...when I want people to notice)

I've been stopping there to eat lunch while hunting in the area. I'm going to have to start making pit stops there while out on the bike this riding season.

I think I'd get the same nice comments from these guys no matter what I was carrying. I think they're just being friendly.

Sounds reasonable. Is this info collected and researched by the Association of Pizza Delivery Drivers(APDD) or the American Union of Pizza Delivery Drivers (AUPDD)?
