mostly there on gunsnet. a free membership get you acess to MOST of the forums there.

the first 9mm ak i saw was a rifle a while ago from a guy cali. he's a member there too, he posted on my thread for it. i thought it was a great innovation, very creative, but i didnt really want one as pistol cal carbines really dont do much for me. then i saw people doing them as a pistol, so then i had to try.

you should check it out (gunsnet) there are alot of builders there much more talented than me.

search on azhonkey, doubletapme, roger (?? he is the owner of the lichtenburg (sp?) research site that sell alot of parts) and others there that have done some amazing thing with ak actions.

and alot of other members (like slamfire51) that do alot of nice x39 pistol builds as well.

as far as accuracy..... i actually have almost 500 rnds through it in function testing and tuning, but none of them were done with the sites installed !!

i have yet to shoot it in its fully assembled state.

This one just joined my little AK family:

    And I already had these:

I want to convert my Saiga into what it should be already: pistol grip, new trigger, etc. Unfortunately, I don't have $600 to send it off to Tromix, nor do I have the tools or experience to do it without risk of screwing it up. Does anybody here have experience and the know-how to help me out with this? I'm willing to spend some money, but not a lot.
