As 2009 ends I thought it neccessary to post the legislature's efforts to date, each of these bills has been posted individually in this forum, you can find detailed discussion on all of them or you can check http://www.acslpa.org/ for more information.

All of these bills are currently in the Judiciary Committee of the appropriate body, only HB 40 has been offered for Public Hearing (but, has not received a committee vote up or down). It is my understanding that these bills remain active through the end of 2010 when this General ASSembly session ends.

To each and every one of you that has marched on Harrisburg, testified in public hearing and/or called or written your Representative/Senator and argued your position, Thank you!

But stay tuned and be ready to continue the fight, I'm sure more will be coming.
