1. Found these while cleaning up in the closet. The one in the plastic bag is marked LEO restricted so anyone in a free state can own it.
The other one in the package does not have the LEO restricted wording.
Both are new, packages opened just to check the stamping. Both have Walther floorplates marked P99.
