quite a few of the shops in my area carry it, but that probably is of no help to you, since i'm in Lackawanna County.

Re: Where to find .38S&W ammo
Ever consider mail order?
Graff and Sons specializes in old and semiobsolete calibers.
Sportsmans Guide likewise has it most of the time.
Do an internet search for these companies web sites, then select ammunition and look it up.
This fine old round is slowly dying out because no new guns are made for it and so many cheap old top break clunkers are still around. The ammo you are likely to find will be expensive as well. I bought my most recent box for $29 for 50 terribly underloaded lead bullet loads.
This is one of those rounds that just begs to be handloaded. Is this an option for you?

Try Dick's sporting goods. Allentown, good. Reading, better.
Walmart, forget it.

Re: Where to find .38S&W ammo
You can buy 38 S&W cases from Starline directly, you can get 0.360 lead 180 grain bullets from Roger's Better Bullets in King of Prussia PA (he will ship them), and then a few grains of Universal and you have a load that mimics the UK 380/200. I have used the combination for years in Webleys, Enfields and S&W Victories and Model 11's. Dave_n

Re: Where to find .38S&W ammo
I just sold a reloader because I do not have the time, so that is not an option. I will check army and navy. I will also look at some of the websites. I did a google search but everything was out of stock, but I guess I will check again.
Thanks guys

i think even Gander Mountain carries it; the one in Lackawanna County does, anyway.

Re: Where to find .38S&W ammo
I found some at the Army n Navy in whitehall. $31 for 50 rounds. But, it's not a target gun so thats ok for me because it will last a long time.
Thanks
