Is there such thing as a pinned gas block (not clamped) with a small rail on top for flip up's (must be steel, no aluminum).

You can tell all that from 15 words? Anyway, yes I am looking for a gas block that is pinned not screwed on,
and it has to have a picatinney rail on top for sights. All I could find are aluminum and most are screw on.
Who really gives a shit if its from three years ago anyway, and where is all this fail No wonder nobody comes here anymore.
