I went into cond orange tonight

Was leaving dinner after 8 pm, pretty vacant parking lot at that hour, most of the stores closed in this shopping center, except the restaurant and the beer store. Friends of the parents had dinner with us and me and my dad and the other guy went outside to our cars, while their son and the 2 mothers were still inside. While standing there this guy wearing a hoodie with the hood on his head, drove into the lot and basically circled us, then he parked for about 20 seconds, pulled out and left. I noticed him when he was circling us and immediatly felt something wasn't right. I kept my eye on him and moved around as he circled, and even took my right glove off, should he pull out and come up by us and try to rob us at gunpoint or something. If he came back circling us again and was coming closer and slowing down, I would have probably pulled my jacket back and unsnapped the thumb break. I was calm the whole time, and it was uncanny how I noticed this guy, got a weird feeling and just dialed in on him and watched him. Then he left the shopping center as if he saw he had been made. My dad and the other guy were totally oblivious. This was in Shrewsbury in southern York county, about a block away from the jewelry store where the store owner shot an armed robber recently.

Good job at staying alert. I think if you weren't there it might have escalated into a robbery. They look for people that are oblivious to their surroundings so they can get the upper hand, you took that advantage away.

I think that most situations like this are harmless and just a coincidence. But the one time that you are unaware of your surroundings will be the time that something bad will happen. Good job.

Great job being aware of what was going on. Could have been nothing but sounds like he was scoping your group out. Did you enlighten the others to what you saw?
