I WANTED TO KNOW IF ANY LOCALE GUN SHOPS STOCK AR ACCESSORIES LIKE SLINGS, OPTICS, MOUNTS, CLEANING SUPPLIES I'LL SAY ON THE EAST SIDE OF PA?

Targetmaster should have some stuff. Rest assured, it will not be priced competitively with the internet.

Targetmaster had some optics but not much else that I seen, it looks like not many shops carry or stock much in AR accessories. It seems the internet is the only way to go. And also it looks like you find some deals, just am trying to find some local shop to be able to get what I need right then and not pay extra in shipping cost.
