    Default Deer poo

My post in this thread http://forum.pafoa.org/hunting-23/80...a-page-10.html got me to thinking.

Do any of you out there, aside from me, routinely pick up deer poo ( or bear, or coyote) in order to judge how recently the deer passed by? Or am I just a clinically depressed fecophiliac on prozac?

Pick it up? Um, no.......but you can usually tell just by looking at it and determine how "fresh" it might be. I might move it around a bit with my boot.....but picking it up....naw.

sometimes i bring a sandwich bag and pick up some fresh deer droppings and put it in the bag, my Grandpa and old man used to do that cuz it helps cover up body odor and attracts deer sometimes.

Also you can gather a couple baggies and collect some and dump it around your stand or where you will sit and wait for deer to come by it also helps attract the deer. Remember only to pick up the wet poo - means it is fresh when it is real shiny and soft.

Sicko you should be banned from this site! You know you are supposed to spear it with a stick, roast it over a fire like a marshmallow, and then taste it. Do it right or don't do it at all

there is so much weird shit (pun intended) going on in this thread that I'm just going to leave...
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
