Got the call just picked it up. Bucks county It took 8days not to bad.The lady in Levittown was very polite.

Its weird how different places take different amounts of time. I've gotten two in PA, one in Blair and one in Cambria county...both took 15 minutes.

15 minutes is possible in Bucks. You have to go to the County Courthouse in Doylestown. It takes a bit longer if you apply at one of the Bucks County Government Services buildings.

Congrats! Got mine today as well, just walked into the Bucks County Sheriff's office at the courthouse in Doylestown, walked out with it 45 minutes later...only took so long because there were a lot of other people in the Sheriff's office at the time I was there. But once it was my turn, it only took about 15-20 minutes.

FWIW, the nice clerk there (and she delayed her lunch break to do the LTCF for me) does tell you how it has to be concealed, etc., and I didn't bother arguing with her. But I noticed that it looked like she was reading talking points from her computer screen, so it's probably not her direct fault that she's spewing inaccuracies...she's probably just doing what's she told to do.

I always do the same. I've never had to wait longer than 4 days. 8 days is perfectly reasonable, IMO.

Yeah, Sheriff Donnelly and the people that work for him are pretty well on the ball. It seems they handle licenses as quickly as possible.



However, I am not pleased to hear this.
