Default State Rep's Online Petition To Vote No To Gun Control

I received my Winter 2009 newsletter from State Representative Tim Krieger today. With the newsletter, he sent out a "Sportsmen & Second Amendment Survey". At the end of the survey he asks for support of his online petition of "Say "NO" to gun control". I went to his website and signed his petition which reads...

We, the undersigned residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, stand together in support of our Constitutional, Second Amendment rights to keep and bear arms.

Therefore, we oppose any and all government infringements where the ultimate objective is to limit access or to confiscate firearms from law-abiding citizens.

I hope some of our members will visit the website and vote as well.

The survey he sent asked 8 questions. 5 pertaining to sportsmen and 3 regarding the Second Amendment. I filled out the survey and returned it this afternoon. The questions were...

    Sportsmen Survey:
1.) Do you support hunting and fishing?
2.) Would you support a hunting license fee increase to help the PA Game Commission address alleged financial difficulties?
3.) Do you support lifting PA's current ban on Sunday hunting?
4.) How would you rate the performance of the PA Game Commission?
5.) How would you rate the performance of the PA Fish and Boat Commission?

    Second Amendment Survey:
6.) Do you support legislation to financially deter Pennsylvania cities and other local government entities from enacting illegal firearm ordinances by requiring the offending jurisdiction to reimburse any plaintiff who successfully defends their Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms for actual damages, reasonable attorney fees and other legal expenses?
7.) Do you support the implementation of the "No Duty To Retreat" Castle Doctrine to fully restore the legal ability of law abiding gun owners to use lethal force to protect their homes, businesses or automobiles against criminal intruders?
8.) Do you support the implementation of additional firearms regulations?
-or- Tougher enforcement of existing gun laws to crack down on gun-related crimes?
