Hearing Protection

Does anyone know the name brand for the hearing protection that blocks gun fire, but allows voice to be heard clearly? i saw them on an episode of lock and load but haven't seen them around? Anyone have any reviews on them?

There are many name brands offering these products. In ear plugs, the baffler types such as the "Radians Cease Fire Ear Plugs" supposedly block impulse noise but not low-level sound. In muffs, electronic models have speakers that relay low-level sound but cut out when they detect gunfire. Peltor is one brand that makes them, there are many more.

Take a look at Cabelas web site.... they have some on there for $15 that are electronic.

I have these, and they are great. Check the site every so often and they will go on sale. They always do.
