I just learned of this today but I think it started Nov 12th. I didn't see anything listed on their site, so I e-mailed them. Got a response back and it is in fact true. It applies to all firearms listed on their site. You have to buy it off their site and send in the FFL information of where you want it shipped, and have them do the background check, but that makes a $1500 purchase about $900 bucks. Hopefully I can dig up some extra cash during the holidays. If someone wants the form I can e-mail it over to them just let me know, hope this helps some of you.
