    Default Tactical side by side

I was at the shop last week. As I wandered I discovered a .410 Stoeger side by side with a tactical rail. The tag read that it was for home defence.

    What do you guys think?

Here is a pick of a 12 gauge.

I'd want more then two rounds without reloading, but a double barrel .410 is better then nothing.
Probably make a decent squirrel gun too.

As far as the rail and other crap...just a "tacticool" gimmick as far as I'm concerned.
Well, pushed 60 too hard so now I am the big SIX-OH. Now I can be a real pain in the ass! And, who says growin' old isn't fun!!

I got to handle one in 12ga the other day. Seemed solid, but they do cost a lot. I wouldn't mount a red dot to it in the first place, so it's a good thing that the top rail is removable. I can certainly see the usefullness for a mounted flashlight on any HD shotty, so the bottom rail is a plus.

I was at the shop last night. It is a 20 gauge. The shop keeper tells me he has sold a few already.

That is ridiculous. There's nothing tactical about a side x side.

    Oh well.
