Car Watch - Looking for this car for sale [updated] is this window tint Pa. legal?

Man what a stupid month this has been, first the kid drops out of grad school and then totals his car (yes he's fine)

Anyway, after arguing with our insurance company for almost two weeks I have them ALMOST close to what the car is worth but now it's a race to find one (or something similar) before he runs out of rental car coverage.

So any of you car people out there, or even if you know a local dealer or happen to see one in a lot we are desperately looking for this car (he absolutely loved it):

2002-2004 Chrysler 300M Special

Preferable in black or dark blue

Must be under $8k in cost

We're willing to drive if we find one, he wants it that bad!

Insp. mechanics are not allowed to fail for tint, that is PSP's job, so they say...

Was just reading the statues (and controversy) they state tint "must allow 70% of light in" on side windows.

Hell of a nice looking car, if need be and I could get it for the right price I'd remove the tint ... not an easy job but not impossible either.

I've only heard of a few pricky PSP, that have a hard-on for tint......

Yeah the pics are deceiving ... from an angle the side windows look really dark but the side shots they don't look that bad.
