CCW Permits in Delaware County

How is Delco for issuing CCW permits? More or less restrictive than typical counties in the state?

What to do if one is a full-time student and not currently employed? Simply put down the name/address of the university? Would not being currently employed disqualify you for the permit? It seems like it might if they need an employer reference.

As long as your record is clear you will have no problems. They can't keep you from getting a CCW for not having a job.

Delco contacts references as a mental health check. plan the full 45 business days, and if you are qualified, you will get approved. Just pick references that can be contacted, one of my friends was held up because his reference wouldnt awnser the phone.

They do call your reference and ask about you, so make sure you let them know that the Sheriff will be calling to ask about you, other than that it's no hassle. And yes you will wait close to the 45days to get it.

Which county are you in? Philly or Delco? Your info says both. In Philly,,,,most likely. Delco,,,,, probably not,,,,, but who knows, maybe. I've never had that issue, as I pay mine promptly.
