    Default SCCY (SKY) Pistols

Anyone have experience with them? I have done a little looking online and found mixed reviews.

    http://www.sccyindustries.com/2009/CPX_1_Two_Tone.html

I am looking at a two tone for CC. When you handle the pistols the feel remarkably like a Kel-Tec but has steel or metal where the Kel-Tec is plastic. (ie sights, guide rod etc...)

I found a place that is selling them NIB for $330.00.

    What are your thoughts?

The only really bad reviews I remember reading about them was the safety would engage while shooting due to bad placement choice. I've never seen one in person - would love to try one out (open minded about new pistols).

That is the only bad review I have seen as well. I might pick one of these up today. I have looked at one at the gun shop everytime I was there.

I own one, I like it except for the safety. The issue is the safety is not placed right and it digs into your thumb when shooting. I took the left tab off of mine ( right handed shooter ) and dremeled it down so it no longer digs into my thumb, and no more issues. I emailed SCCY and asked them to send me another set of tabs just in case and they did. I'm attaching a before and after pic ( before is the solo pic, the after is the one next to my Llamma 32 - I know, Llama, yuk - lol ). I would recommend it as a nice compact 9mm.
Have had zero issues with any ammo.

I picked one up today. I posted pics, I am looking forward to shooting it. I am planning on running a few mags through it after I verify the zero on my deer rifle tomorrow.
