Default Wilmington Liquor Store Clerk Kills Alleged Robber

    http://cbs3.com/local/wilmington.liq...2.1319572.html

    PHILADELPHIA (AP)

Police say a clerk at a Wilmington liquor store shot and killed a robber, but his two accomplices are at large.

Police say three masked men told the 55-year-old clerk at Favors Liquor Store that he was being robbed at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. When two of them pulled guns and ordered the clerk to the back of the store, he exchanged fire with them.

At least one of the men was hit. He staggered outside and collapsed on the sidewalk and was pronounced dead later at Christiana Hospital.

I am waiting for it... waiting for it...

"He was a good boy, didnt do nobody no harm."

"He was a hard worker, and a good father."

and also,,, yes, he had some trouble in the past.. he was turning his life around... the clerk did not have to kill him...

kudos to the clerk,,, the clerk needs some training to draw quicker and fire faster.... 2 of them got away.... till next time.. and there will be a next time

glad to hear it!! the shame is, the good guy is probably going to drain his bank account for a lawyer, and possibly get sued from the victims family.
