how do I stop the emails letting me know that I received a reply to my post?

1.Click on User CP
(upper left in blue bar)
2.Click on Edit Options
(in the "control panel" on left)
3.Scroll down and where it says "Default Thread Subscription Mode", select:
No email notification
4.Regain your e-mail inbox and your sanity.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
