Uneventful Open Carry, Northern Cambria, Pa.
On Sundays I have to pop down to the office to find out what time I start work on Monday (start time changes from day-to-day due to the changing customer workload). Can't carry on the job (understandable), but on Sunday when I stop by the office I'm not on the job, so I carry (just like I always do when out and about).
Picked up my schedule and sweet young thing behind the counter noticed I was carrying. "Neat!" said she. She inquired about the caliber, make and model (mine's a Hi-Point 9mm), and then told me hers is a Ruger 9mm. She stated she has hers for personal protection, and she knows how to use it.
To really bring a smile to her face I gave her a PAOC Open Carry flyer, which contains all the appropriate handgun laws.

Uneventful as it should be... although getting a sweet young thing to say "neat" is pretty eventful.

Sorry to bust your bubble, but....
a. I've been happily married to the same women for thirty-five years now, and don't have any plans of wrecking my marriage.
b. Thanks to prostate cancer surgery, certain things don't work any more (you'll note I'm not embarrassed by such talk).
c. She's young enough to technically be a granddaughter.
d. She's a co-worker, and I treat her with respect.
On the other hand, if I was young, and single........

Had to run down to the bank this morning. Everyone's waiting to use the drive-up window; I park my car and walk into the bank. People in front of me, people behind me. My turn, finally. I chat with the teller, I get my money and leave.
OCing? Nobody said a word.

Re: Uneventful Open Carry, Northern Cambria, Pa.
Had the day off, went to the local Western Auto store to get some inner tubes for my riding mower's front tires (got tired of them constantly going flat). As usual, had my Hi-Point C9 in my Fobus holster on my hip, openly carried.
No comments or stares at the Western Auto store by the owner or his wife.
Then went to local service station to get the inner tubes inserted into the tires (I brought them with me, but left the riding mower at home). Took a while - one tire was a piece of cake, the other tire didn't want to cooperate. Oh, removed a nail from one of the tires.
Finally had someone comment on my open carry! "Is that a .380?" "Nope, it's a 9mm."
Other than that, it was an uneventful trip.
