    Default AR Build in Progress

Just figured I'd take some time to show off a quick picture of the AR15 I'm building. It's my first one and I started it back in January but with the lack of in stock parts and the loss of my job I put it off, until now. The parts are an RRA lower I bought at East Coast Gun Sales in Duncansville, LPK, pistol grip and stock are from M & A Parts, and the upper is from Bravo Co.

Hmm. Tough to get responses out of you guys. Well perhaps a picture of one of the AR's family members will get you all going. She is a Century Arms GP1975. After the AR is done this girl is getting a set of hardwood furniture. Unless of course I can find someone to trade me their WASR's stock wood. I think refinishing a set would be a fun project. BTW, sorry for the bad picture, it was a quickie

For sure. I think I'm pretty set of the rest of the parts except for the rear sight. I have no clue what to go with. Something flip down or easily removable would be nice for when I pick up some optics. Suggestions are welcome. When the firearm is finished it will essentially be an as basic as it gets M4gery. I just want to get a complete shooting rifle together for now, I've got plenty of life left to add all the bells and whistles.

Good start. It is addictive so watch out. Great info on this site.

Looks nice. The only problem with building ARs is, that one you have all the parts, they go together to fast. Of course that means you have to build another. If you get in to the Retro ARs your going to build a few more.
