    Default Good Local Gunsmith?

    Hi all,
I'm looking for a gunsmith relatively local to the Centre County area who has experience working with AR-type rifles. I have a DPMS Panther which I believe needs the barrel re-indexed. Supposedly this is an uncommon but known problem with ARs (I have the rear sight cranked all the way over for windage and still can't reach zero). Since I bought the gun used I doubt DPMS would fix it, and even if they would I'd rather deal with someone local. Any recommendations or input?
    Thanks
