I was about to mount an M2 on an SLR-106 via an ultimak rail and the only thing I don't like about that arrangement is having to use the aimpoint ring cuz it's the only one low enough to allow co-witness of the AK iron sights. Do you know if the micro in a larue low mount will?

The Micro with its included mount might be the way you want to go as the LT mount is just a hair higher.

I was planning on adding a Micro to my AK as well.

Are you using a larue mount? Does it cowitness the iron sights (can't recall if you have already told me)?
