Re: New Jersey resident with Florida Concealed Carry Lisense
Frown is not a legal term. A NJ person in PA with a Fl permit is 100% legal.

They only need to be licensed in their home state to get a non-resident license, they can carry on any license that PA has reciprocity with.

I live in NJ and carry a FL CWL. I can 100% guarantee it is legal for me to CC in PA.

Re: New Jersey resident with Florida Concealed Carry Lisense
After I showed the Sheriff at the Monroe County Courthouse my stack o' CCWs, he went right for the FL Nonresident one, and said: "This one will do." He also looked at my NJ FID card, and thought it was a permit too, but I told him the truth that it only was for purchasing in NJ. You are 100% in the clear to carry in PA with a FL nonresident permit. If some uppity LEO gives you a little chin music about it, you should print a copy of the PA Attorney General's reciprocity agreement with FL's A.G. to show him. That should work. Isn't it pathetic that as residents of NJ we have to do this? We can only hope that Gov. Elect Christie sees the light, and moves towards making NJ a shall issue state. One can only hope!

I'm too scared to do it, because I'm afraid of getting arrested in my home state of NJ while traveling to PA.
I don't understand why we have the 2nd amendment if we can be treated like 2nd rate citizens who don't rate the protection other citizens can provide for themselves.
