Looking for hunter mentor
Malvern (outside Philly) resident seeking a hunting mentor. While I have hunted pheasant, I have never hunted deer, feral swine, or other mammal.
Fairly new to Pennsylvania and not knowing a hunting soul, I just recently completed the hunter safety course. I did get one question wrong but the answer is now solidified in my brain.
Fifty two years old, MBA, CPA and NRA Certified Firearms Instructor. I am a stickler on firearm safety and ethics, annoyingly so. I won't put up with any bullsh*t.
Because I am limited to a rifle, I must hunt outside Special Regulatory Areas.
Currently unemployed, I am regrettably available weekdays and may be available on short notice.
So if you are a model hunter (not more than a 2-2.5 hours away) who would not mind a willing student or open to discussion, please respond.
It would be nice to bring home some venison (or maybe a pig).
