Form 1 CLEO Signoff in Lackawanna

I want to Form 1 a couple SBRs and I jsut called the Sheriff's Office and the firearm guy there said the Sheriff doesn't sign any Form 1s at all.

Need some advice on where to go next.

I live in Springbrook Township.

No idea of he'll sign Form 4s and yeah, I'd sign them all too. Only "condition" would be that I could fondle it once you got it... :-)
