I had one and it ran fine on Winchester white box and remington umc. It did not like hollow points.

hundreds of rounds throught mine using American Eagle 124gr ammunition. Not a single issue. Haven't tried anything else, since I have never had a problem with those.

Mine has done fine with HPs, but I've only shot maybe 100 of them through the gun. I use HP of personal protection and shot some to get a degree of knowledge should I even need to use them, otherwise WWB.

I've shot a little over 800 rounds through mine. Vast majority were FMJ but I've done some hollow point. Brands have been mostly Remington and Winchester but also American Eagle and PMC. Only problems I've had were two failures to eject. One was when my wife was shooting it for the first time. The other was when I was first trying left handed shots. I'm sure I "limp wristed" it and my guess is that she did to. The two failures to eject were hundreds of rounds apart and both were FMJ. No problems, so far, with hollow point.

I can't get more than 15 rounds into the mag either--not even with my speed loader. But my speed loader is a very cheap one (can't think of the name right now).

I bought two of the pistol loaders (and one of the AR loaders, as well) and with that little device, it is possible to get the 16th round in, EASILY too. The AR loader is snazzy, and it works well, and on Mini-14's too.

So, "Yes, Virginia, the Sigma magazines DO hold sixteen, and normal folks CAN load them that way, too."

Thanks for the "Lula-Loader" tip. I just ordered on ebay.
