My left hand keeps getting messed up

About 10 days ago I got hot glue drips stuck on 2 fingers and got 2nd degree burns ( real small and they are healed now), today I was testing some fox traps getting ready to go set them to catch those dastardly duck eaters, and one of them fired on my ring finger, at the tip, and is all ouchy bruised up.

I better be really good with gun safety! Don't want #3 to be an ND into this hand.

I was climbing two months ago and tore a ligament in my ring finger on my left hand....WHATS THE DEAL WITH THESE LEFT HANDS OF OURS?!?!?!?

If you think hot melt is bad, you had better stay away from CA glue! It will burn you and stick you together all at the same time. And you need acetone to get it off. I have a friend who fixes pianos, and once sat for three hours, glued to a piano, until the owner came home and turned him loose. He left his debonder out in the truck.

Once while i was in high school i was hot gluing something and ran out of glue. While holding down what i was gluing I attempted to insert a new stick in the back of the gun with my teeth. I then proceeded to shoot hot glue all down my arm. The glue burn my arm then got set into my arm hair making it oh so pleasant to pull off. Just one of my fondest memories of being a complete moron in high school.

Yes it sticks! Did you get 2nd degree burns?

Speaking of doing something stupid, I ran across an article recently about a teen girl who immersed both hands into a big bucket of plaster of paris and left them in there as the stuff cured. She got severe burns, so bad that she had to have a bunch of her fingers amputated.

Pennsy- eek stuck to a piano for 3 hours!

yeah there were a few small blisters. Thats what made it so pleasant pulling the glue off with hair and flesh.

My wife was doing some crafty thing with a glue pot (its like a hot glue gun without the gun) and dipped most of her ring finger in the glue.

It looked to have sucked.
