I know you're only joking about something slam firing, and dumping a mag. That would be considered a machine gun and those are kinda illegal without the proper red tape paperwork.
As far as the Hi-power I'm thinking the sear or sear spring is the problem.
You can tear it apart with 2 hands, but you need 3 to put it back together
