I absolutely agree, but New York didn't recognize that right so it didn't matter if I liked it or not. I had to obey the law or go to jail.

I hear what your saying, I came from Queens so I know what you mean. However, there refusal to recognize a G-d given, constitutuionally protected right does not change it to a priviledge. It just means NY's state and local governments trample the rights of all it's citizens. It does not turn that right into a priviledge even if they want you to think that it does.

Maybe privilege was the improper term to use, but after moving here and having more freedoms it seems like a privilege even though it shouldn't be like that.
