No judge going for the Supreme Court believes in jury nullificaiton or a fully informed jury so screw em all.

On a related note, be weary of Marakay Rogers, who's running for supreme court justice as a libertarian. Not that she has a chance of winning anyways, but she has come fastening things to say about guns.

Firearms Rights
The US Constitution protects citizens' rights to "keep and bear arms." The most deadly problem with guns is unintended or accidental discharge or misuse of firearms -- not criminal use of firearms. States that require citizens' choice of firearms training before licensing, which is no more intrusive than taking a private driver training class, have lower rates of accidental deaths from firearms and lower rates of violent crime than most other states. This is the form of "gun control" Rogers advocates -- one that, like driver training, prepares users to handle their guns safely.
