Just got back, that sure was different. They had a course setup indoors, shooting around barrels at torso style targets. Even though I shot with some very experienced guys,and a gal, I only competed against others in my class. I was accurate, but not fast. Scores should be posted soon.

Hi everyone,

My name is Anton I'm from Erie and i just purchased my first firearm. Very excited to become a part of the community. Ordered an Arsenal AK 47 (sgl21) and should have it here sometime next week. New to this so still have to figure out where all the shooting ranges are but cant wait to have some fun.

I'm not aware of any indoor ranges that allow high power centerfire rifles, but depending on where you are located, there are a few outdoor ranges that do.
Westside try Walnut Creek rifle club, eastside, Gem City Gun club is good. Both require membership. The state game lands on Sampson Rd, is more or less in the middle, but you will need either a hunting license or the user permit.

Open Carry OK everywhere? ... or are there areas that it may be frowned upon?

Hello all.
My name is Toby and I have been lurking for awhile. I live in Erie, but have yet to shoot anywhere around here other than at my parents house down in Warren county. (the boonies)
