It's a Saiga 7.62x39. It's about 1 degree off. Need someone to fix it for me. Any takers? I'll pay cash or trade some ammo etc..

It's about $10 for the tool. Sometimes less. Any decent tactical gun shop should have some for sale. I don't know what happened to mine.

    It's about 1 degree off.

Is that measured or observed? 1 degree is a very small angle to measure.

Even if it is off a bit does it affect your shootimg?

I've done several front sight realignments, it does require heat. First, make sure you really have a misalignment problem. Here's a $20 laser line generator *after* re-aligning a Romanian AK:

Note how the line passes through the center of the front sight post, gas block, rear sight notch and the center of the buttstock. Note that the front sight post must be centered in the front sight base.

Another person used dental floss as an alignment reference (see link, below).

Assuming your Siaga front sight is pinned is the same as Romanian AKs, you'll need to drive (or drill) out the base pins, heat the front sight base and turn it to the correct position. Propane was adequate heat for the examples I repaired, you'll likely need replacement pins when done. The examples I serviced had 3mm pins that had to be drilled out, I replaced them with pins fashioned from 1/8" piano wire.
