    Default Pizza Hut Law?

So when I go out to eat with friends who are under the drinking age, I cannot get served because of this "Pizza Hut Law'". Anyone know where I can find the text of this law? Why is it called the pizza hut law anyways?

A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced.

They (two different places have told me this), that the state law says in order for someone to drink at a table with people at the table underage, you must be at least 25.

I got told this by Applebees, and by TGI Fridays.

I just used my mad google skillz and didn't find any such law for PA
[not that that means there isn't one]

If God didn't intend us to have guns why would he have given us a trigger finger?

Yeah I was searching for awhile. That's why I thought it was a bunch of BS, but to have two different places tell me almost the exactly same thing is kind of odd.

Google "Constructive Possession Alcohol", or just "constructive possession".

My bet is that this is the area of the law that leads these corporations to the policies they have put in place.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
