Factory returned AR

Somewhere there is a site that has AR's that were purchased and refurbished and then re-sold at a discount. But for the life of me I can't remember where. Does anyone know of such a site? I know... Sorry. Kinda lame question. I could of sworn I saw it here? The company was not Colt or Bushmaster. Some off the wall manufacture. But of quality.

$599 for a scratch and dent who knows what you are going to get AR?

DPMS Sporticals run $625 new, not to mention what you might find on Gunbroker...

With all new internals, that I'd trust over DPMS any day.

I don't see any mention regarding all new internals, and I do see where DPMS is one of the brands you may get, and since they give you no choice of brand selection, one just might get a used, butt ugly DPMS anyway.

Headspaced and test fired with no returns might be for some people, but I'd still take new over used for $25.

Hmm, in previous years they did specify all new internals. I'd call and ask first though since they do not specify that anymore.
