First Purchase: M&P 9mm
Hi all,
Just wanted to post a few pics of my first handgun purchase: a Smith & Wesson M&P chambered in 9mm. 17+1 rd capacity, no mag or internal lock safeties.
I tried to get pics of the major components of the gun. If anyone is interested in seeing other details of the gun, let me know and I'll try to post them.

Congrats CR! That thing is looking lovely!
Im sure you'll bring it to the next PAFOA shoot coming up..
now the question is...
can it out-shoot my XD?
By the way.. how does it feel to go from being a "Subject" to being a "Citizen"?==============
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams
"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it."
~Thomas Jefferson, 1791

CR, you just picked it up today? I wished I had your number...I wanted to ask you to pick up a copy of the FFL from John...the guy I'm buying the russian pistol has not received the copy that I sent to him. Alright, I am sure we will talk in the chat room later. BTW Congrats on your first pistol.

CR, congrats on your first handgun purchase. I think that it's a nice piece, and I hope that you really enjoy it. I also hope there aren't any major issues or things that need to get worked out since it's a new model. Let us know how it shoots.
