Criminalizing...... flowers.... and everything else...

A good article about how ridiculous Federal criminal laws have become. An elderly diabetic man whose home-business was the importation, cultivation, and sale of orchids, apparently failed to file some required paperwork with Fish and Wildlife, and is spending a couple of years in the joint.
Kinda makes you wonder what laws YOU are running afoul of without even knowing it.

When will people learn you're much better off doing armed robbery than importing flowers? If you do armed robbery you'll not be facing federal charges and will likely be out within 6 months.
