Concealed carry while 18 with North Dakota Permit.
Hello all,
I am 18 years old and am considering getting a Non-resident permit from North Dakota. I can get this at 18 in ND. Pennsylvania has a reciprocity agreement with ND also.
I am just wanting to verify that this is legal. I can see no reason why it is not but was just hoping to benefit from your experience.
Thanks in advance for all advice.
James

Wait for someone who may have experience as i believe this has been discussed before....but in my readings...
According to ND Reciprocity page...ND and PA have Full reciprocity, no restrictions or conditions.

Its legal. If you can get a ND license, it will be honored.
PA's laws do not prohibit <21yo concealed carry. They only set an age of 21 to be eligible to receive a LTCF.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515
