    Talking Buying Ruger 380 ammo

I am looking really hard at buying the Ruger 380 LCP, I was wondering if anyone has any first hand knowledge of how this pistol functions with hollow point or ball ammo. Any other ammo suggestions would be greatly appreciated... or any other small concealable type weapon suggestions would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks

No problems with mine, shot all kinds of ammo out of it and no jams...Hindsight being 20/20 I would have bought that small sig .380...its like a 1911 clone...nice gun...No complaints with the ruger though...

My fiancee's LCP shoots everything I've fed it, HP, ball, frangible everything except the Buffalo Bore I carry in my Sig 232 because I didn't and will not try it.
But I gotta hand it Ruger it seems to feed anything I could throw at it, including mix loaded magazines just for testing sake.

Mine shoots everything i put in it BUT be mindful not shoot high pressure Magsafe frangibles in it , it Bulges the shell casing , almost bursting the case right at where it is unsupported by the witness hole on the right side at the back of the chamber but it was fun shooting gallon water jugs with the and watch them obliterate .
