First time PA resident license
Im going to get my PA resident license for the first time this year. I hold a lifetime sportsman's license in NY, but lost my NY hunters education card years ago. Can I use my NY hunting license as a 'prior license' or will I have to go through PA's hunters ed course?

You'll be fine. Don't forget that you need a permit to shoot antlerless and most are already sold out
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.
