I want to apologize for laying low the last few days and not being in attendance yesterday. I've just been so depressed due to this, plus I cannot handle funerals, veiwings, and memorial services. The last time I was at a memorial it was for a suicide and I was so upset I ran out of the church, and spent the rest of the time with an old friend of my parents conforting me in the hallway.

However I was able to get a friend to come by yesterday and hold myself together a few hours ( just having someone come by to visit me helps me alot). We went to Shrewsbury and I OC'd. For the first time I OC'd without being all nervous- it was as if I feared nothing.
