Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
I picked up an inexpensive laser printer (only does black & white). The cartridge lasts quite a while, so I run off my own for very little cost.
Usually there's a corkboard outside the toilet facilities at every Sheetz (maybe Wawa, too?). I leave one with one of the push pins provided every time I stop for coffee (refills are only 69 cents plus tax - way cheaper than using one of their styrofoam cups - plus, with one of their "frequent flyer" cards, after five cups/mugs the sixth cup/mug is free).
Oh, I also leave Pa. Zombie Response Team flyers, too. One never knows.

Something the Gun Rights Brochure doesn't mention.
I still get the same question from some people even after explaining carry laws, and what not, handing them a pamphlet...
"Yeah, but it has to be unloaded right?"
I dunno where they get that idea (Cali?), but the Flier definitely doesn't hit on that subject at all.
I get the feeling people read the brochure and say "Well, carry it all they want, at least they can't use it right away."
BTW, I didn't know where else to post this, but seeing as how this sub section is most often the place where I hear about the Gun Rights Flier, I figured somebody with a little pull will see it.Some say that his discharge is luminous.

Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
Reading this flyer, I interpret that if I chose to leave my residence and walk on foot into any town besides a "First Class City" with a side arm in a scabbard OPEN I would be in my rights to do so? For one I wouldnt do this because I am asking for problems.
As long as I never entered a vehicle or Federal building, school ect., I would not be arrested.
I find this hard to beleive. Second, it has to state somewhere the difference between sidearm or rifle. If I walked down the street through town with my Rem700 I think I would be arrested, and perhaps cause a car accident!

Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
Both carrying a handgun openly and a rifle openly are legal in Pa. A LTCF is needed for carrying in a "city of the first class". Philly is the only one in Pa.
There is no law prohibiting the open carry of firearms. Therefore it is legal. Whether or not it's prudent has been debated as nauseum on these forums.Μολὼν λάβε
