Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
I just tried it 2 ways and was successful both times.
If you click the link and it doesn't open the file, right click the link and "Save As".
If neither way works for you, you may need to download and install a newer version of Adobe Reader.
You can get it here:

Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
I haven't read the whole thread so I apologize if someone else already suggested this. What about putting any applicable PA laws in the flyer concerning the legality video taping and recording conversations/interactions with the police.

Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
That would be a great addition given that most people are just as unaware of the specifics of the PA wiretapping laws as they are about gun laws
BUT...
There is not enough room for all the gun related info proposed. Since the audio/video info is outside the scope of "gun rights" I'd think it not worthy of bumping any of the gun related info to fit it in.
Idea: Maybe someone should make a wiretapping flyer_________________________________________

Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
What would the outcome be? Since the passing of the Patriot Act, this gives your rights away. The government can wiretap all they like. Actually they sent out a new change in the user policy of all Verizon customers, just the other day.
It basically states they do whatever the Feds tell them to do.When a naked man is chasing a woman through an alley with a butcher's knife and a hard-on, I figure he isn't out collecting for the Red Cross!

Well, I'm all broken up over that man's rights!

Re: Your Pennsylvania Gun Rights ~Handy flyer to carry with you.
Not a flyer about federal wiretapping, a flyer about individual rights covered under wiretapping. If you videotape a police encounter, its covered under wiretapping laws and most people assume that if an officer says "turn that off" that they are obligated to do so even though there is no such obligation.
