    Default LEO training bulletin

My first post in quite a while but I knew you'd enjoy this:

My dept puts out in-house training bulletins periodically to address issues they want officers to be aware of. September was on OC.

It is similar to the MPOETC lesson from 2009 on OC, it defines OC, gives relevant PA statutes and what constitutes a legal encounter should we have to deal with someone OCing. What was particularly interesting was the last line:

"For additional information see the below website: http://paopencarry.org/uniform-firearms-act "

Feel free to post to the PAOC site. I'm not a member there.

    They've got a good source

Would it be possible to scan the material and post it?

I'm not going to post the bulletin, however, it doesn't say anything OCer's don't already know. I'm glad my dept took the steps to research this topic and to ensure the rank and file knew what they can and can't legally do if encountering a person OCing.

The posted MPOETC pages has all of the same info as our bulletin.
