A firearm manufactured or sold in Pennsylvania under this act
must have the words "Made in Pennsylvania" clearly stamped on a
central metallic part.

The act also has some exceptions...

A firearm that discharges two or more projectiles
with one activation of the trigger or other firing device.

So, basically it looks like no fully auto anytime soon, but at least if this goes through we do not have to worry about any Federal AWB or other goofy legislation. Even though the national laws are looking to get back to more PRO 2nd Amendment (repealing DC and possibly Chicago laws) this legislation is still a step in the right direction. Go SAM!
