ATF to TN: The 10th Amendment? What 10th Amendment?
Tennessee was going to pull a Montana and say that what was made in TN, that stayed in TN, was untouchable by the Feds.
Enter the ATF ...

How long is this going to go on?

It's going to the SCOTUS. There is no way the ATF would let these bills go without challenging them. It's definitely expected. We can only hope that the SCOTUS rules in favor of incorporation for the 2nd Amendment (which would really help this case) and that they rule in favor of the 10th (which they don't have a good record with).
Basically, every knew/knows that these FFA bills will get challenged in court. Hopefully, a number the states that passed these bills will do some kind of joint action against the .gov

I liked the references to Jack Daniels and Tobacco being produced and sold IN STATE without Federal Taxes.
Sounds like an Economic Recovery Plan to me.

I can just see it now. And I have a brilliant idea for a brand name ...
FPBP
... for Pennsylvanians, by Pennsylvanians.
But I think only Bill the Cat would be able to pronounce it.

In-state federal regulation exempt silencers would be an AWESOME way to boost the state economies. That's a great product that people want to buy and will buy if it's easier and cheaper for them and it can employ a lot of skilled jobs like machinists who right now could definitely use the work.

"To my mind it is wholly irresponsible to go into the world incapable of preventing violence, injury, crime, and death. How feeble is the mindset to accept defenselessness. How unnatural. How cheap. How cowardly. How pathetic." -- Ted Nugent

After the individual states pass such laws, they need to take it up and have the federal laws repealed! As said state reps and congress ppl are supposed to represent the ppl! Or as a United STATES, We the people use the powers we have to have this criminals in the political criminal parties removed.
