Deer Processor Bethlehem

Might not be the proper board, but can anyone recommend a deer butcher in Bethlehem or Allentown area?

I'm sure there are a few in the surrounding towns so you should get a variety of responses. Frigid Freeze in Rieglesville sits a block off Rt 611 towards the river they and have a small black sign on the corner. They are about 1/2 way between Muller's and the stoplight in the northern half of town.

I have used them & the result was good, we were reasonablely sure we got our own meat back & they flash freeze in vacuum packages. They do saw the steaks but didn't have alot of bone chips or hair on them. I've seen a NJ club bring them a stock trailer full of deer so they process alot. My BIL uses them when he get's one in Williams Twsp as his buddy who owns the farm doesn't do their own any more.

We also use a guy w/ his own shop in the East Bangor/Rosetto area 'cause he is close to camp; his info is at camp and a little far for you.

There used to be a locker in Belfast [maybe Kesslers?] but we didn't like their work and they may be closed.

I'm sure there are alot more north and west of Allentown. Maybe check your local gunshop?
