Newbie Question Again!
just wanted to know if we dont have a hunting lic can we still shoot our rifles even if we are not hunting anything?

On private property with the appropriate backstop or at a state rifle range, yes.

Depends on where. If you're on state game lands you'd better not be shootin gunless your at one of their ranges, or the PGC may get the idea you are hunting without a license.
