    Default Scope for an AR-15

All you AR owners out there...what's your favorite scope? Need some help in deciding what to buy. Sorry, I just realized that there's a scope discussion on the site. I'll post there.

What ranges are you looking to shoot at and is this for hunting purposes?

I want something that is accurate in the 100-150 yard range for primarily target shooting.

Who made the scopes that clipped on to the carrying handle of the Colts? Colt used to sell them, I think. They weren't even that expensive...75 bucks or so...

Anyway, one of these might work.

Roger. What is your price range? No sense in me listing my favorites if you only want to spend $200.
